37-year-old developed extensive DVT of left leg after Iliac stent due to May Thurner syndrome. Ultrasound showed extensive blood clot of Iliac Vein, SFV and Popliteal vein. Patient brought to hospital, via popliteal vein access thrombectomy (Pneumbra device)was performed. Blood flow was completely restored, and patient went home next day.
